10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesSamberg is starring with Welsh comedian Greg Davies in "Cuckoo," a six-part comedy series for BBC Three. Created and written by Robin French and Kieron Quirke, the show follows parents Ken (Davies) and Lorna (Helen Baxendale), who have to deal with their daughter's (Tamla Kari) new husband Cuckoo (Samberg), a "squared-jawed, self-appointed spiritual ninja who is now their son-in-law." He will apparently be filled with "outlandish, New Age ideas" too. It actually sounds like a good fit for Samberg who thrives best comedy-wise the more absurd it gets.
Filming on "Cuckoo" will take place this summer, with the show to air later this year, but no word yet on when it will cross the pond. Until then, you can see Samberg this weekend with Adam Sandler in "That's My Boy." Here are six clips from the movie to get you ready. [THR/Collider]
