10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesAccording to the NY Post (yeah, we know), Marvel has narrowed down the field to Anna Kendrick, Imogen Poots (“28 Weeks Later” and last year’s “Fright Night” remake), and “Like Crazy” star Felicity Jones. The role they’re up for is as-of-yet undisclosed, but there are rumors that it’s the character of Sharon Carter, who was the niece of Peggy Carter (played by Hayley Atwell in the first film) in the comics.
We’re fans of all three actresses so we really don’t have a preference for who gets the role, and hopefully, the part will be more than a damsel-in-distress gig, following up with the direction set by the character of Peggy Carter. TV veterans Joe and Anthony Russo will direct “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” which will see release in April 4, 2014, with Chris Evans reprising his role as the patriotic hero. Be sure to leave your opinions on who should nab the role below.

I agree with CONNOR. I'd also go with Anna Kendrick . She's not just gorgeous but she also deserves to have bigger part on bigger movies (box office movies).

All three are great. I'd go with Kendrick slightly over Poots just because I want her to do well and prove that she can be box office material as well as a critical darling.

All three would be good, but I do love Anna Kendrick. She's super-talented; fantastic and dimensional work in Up in the Air. Also, anyone find it a bit odd that this movie is opening the first week of April?
