Murray, along with Owen Wilson, has been strongly hinted to return in Anderson's newest, and a definite confirmation of the project and his participation has come from the man himself. While at the Toronto International Film Festival promoting his FDR-period flick, “Hyde Park on Hudson,” he essentially confirmed he's shipping out for the film. “I'm about to go shoot a movie with Wes Anderson in Germany,” Murray revealed to Vulture during an extended hotel packing fiasco. Rushed for time, his thoughts on the film essentially ended there, but nonetheless, news from the actor's mouth bodes well both for his involvement as well as progress for the production in general.
Throughout the press tour for 'Moonrise,' Anderson has also touted Angela Lansbury, Edward Norton, Jeff Goldblum, Adrien Brody and Willem Dafoe as possibilities, but the two more exciting confirmations have come with Johnny Depp and Jude Law both signing on to the production recently. Plot details remain scarce as well, with all but the titular location and a psychic medium character still kept under wraps. Filming is set for January though, so it won't be long now before the suspense at Lansbury's potential role finally rests.
