Review: 'The Immigrant'Cooper is in talks to star with Emma Stone in Cameron Crowe's untitled next film, a reworking of his long-gestating "Deep Tiki," a movie that Crowe initially lined up to direct in 2008, with Reese Witherspon and Ben Stiller. The plot involves a military contractor presumed dead after an incident in Afghanistan. He actually survived, but he rejects his former life and has only his best friend, a supercomputer called Jeremy, for company. He's assigned to a top-secret military satellite launch in Hawaii, and sets out with an uptight military liaison to get a blessing from local spiritual leaders who believe a prophecy involving the gods Lomo and Pele is about to come to pass.
High concept, but having gone through a rewrite, it's unclear how much as changed (or not) in the new draft. Things are moving quickly, with the project set to shoot next spring with Scott Rudin producing. Presumably this means it will roll once Cooper is done with his reteam with Russell, but before Stone gets involved in the shoot for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" (both movies are set up at Sony). But, Cooper + Stone + Crowe? Sign us up. [Deadline]

As much I love Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence, I think both are wrong to be love interest. I mean,... actress that have 30 years are old now???

The surname Cooper only has two O's not three. Check the title of your article. I still need to see and review 'Silver Linings Playbook.' This film, from what I hear, is catapulting Bradley Cooper into serious actor mode.
To check out my movie reviews, simply Google my name. Cheers!

I hope Emma Stone doesn't give the same acting performance, that she gives in all her movies. She still has not given us something new.

I feel like if stoned had been in Elizabethtown, with another male lead, that would've been a whole nother movie. I always saw Dunst role as an Emma Stone role...
