Calendars & Treasure Chest Of Brand New 'The Hobbit' Images Surface

Tolkienites, Ringers and Hobbit fans are in for a treat. A small treasure trove of material from Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" has arrived, including a new calendar that obsessives will pore over. Apparently it also contains a first look at Sylvester McCoy as Radagast the Brown, if you've been impatiently waiting for that to drop. Some of it is clearly material from Entertainment Weekly and Empire, some of it appears to be from elsewhere.

Most of it centers on Martin Freeman who plays the main protagonist of the film, Bilbo Baggins. But there's also additional glimpses of Sir Ian McKellen, Cate Blanchett, and of course, various members of the thirteen dwarves that will be featured in 'An Unexpected Journey.' "The Hobbit" part one is due at the end of this calendar year on December 14th. "The Hobbit: There and Back Again" lands on December 13, 2013.
