This is what's known as "appealing to international markets." While few outside the blogosphere in North America know what a Rita Ora is (a new "Star Wars" character?), in the U.K. she's a chart topping pop singer and tabloid regular. And so, in a blockbuster sexytime movie starring two people most people never heard of, this might help get the word out abroad.

Rita Ora has joined the currently filming "Fifty Shades Of Grey," playing the role of Christian Grey's adopted sister Mia. And she's the latest addition to a cast that is quickly firming up, with Eloise Mumford (as Anastasia Steele's roommate Kate) and Max Martini (as Christian's bodyguard Jason) also signing up in the past week or so. They join Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as the two hot to trot leads, with Jennifer Ehle and Victor Rasuk rounding out the ensemble. Hawt or not?

Bondage gear awaits at a theater near you on February 13, 2015. [Deadline/Variety/Variety]
