The cast of the Netflix series of Marvel's "Daredevil" is beginning to take shape and it ... looks like the cast of a TV show. Which isn't a bad thing at all, just an observation, and at least with more recognizable names than whoever those people are on "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D."

The cast of the Netflix series of Marvel's "Daredevil" is beginning to take shape and it ... looks like the cast of a TV show. Which isn't a bad thing at all, just an observation, and at least with more recognizable names than whoever those people are on "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D." Anyway, Rosario Dawson is joining Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio in the show, with her role poetically described as that of "a dedicated young woman whose quest to heal the wounds of Hell's Kitchen brings blind attorney Matt Murdock unexpectedly crashing into her life, while her own journey forever alters the course of his battle against the injustices of this broken city." In case you're one of the five people who care about "Atlas Shrugged III," it will make room for Ron PaulGlenn Beck, Sean Hannity and Grover Norquist to make appearances, surely because they are integral, and not because they will be easy bait for their respective fanbase. "We told them it's better for us to be themselves, and we got some golden moments," producer Harmon Kaslow said. "We just showed Glenn Beck and Ron Paul our John Galt giving his speech, and told them to give their honest opinion." Well, certainly, these guys definitely know how to deliver hyperbolic emotion on cue. [THR]

The always cool Delroy Lindo has joined the "Point Break" remake. He'll feature alongside Edgar Ramirez, Luke Bracey and Ray Winstone playing "Utah's instructor who tries to motivate him to pass training." Ericson Core directs from a script by Kurt Wimmer. [THR]

"Community" star Alison Brie is learning "How To Be Single" opposite Lily Collins. The movie is based on a the novel by Liz Tuccillo, and follows a woman in New York City looking for love. How original! Christian Ditter directs. [Variety]
