10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesThe story centers on Victor (Farrell), right hand man to an underground crime lord in New York City, who is looking for vengeance for the death of a family member, and is seduced and blackmailed by Beatrice (Rapace), a crime victim seeking retribution. Their intense chemistry leads them spiraling into payback delivered in violent catharsis. Cooper will play Farrell's buddy on the street while Howard takes on the villain role. No word yet on Huppert's part in the film.
Currently shooting in Philadelphia, we have a couple of early set photos from the production which includes Farrell turning to sniping on his quest for revenge, Cooper looking very Farrell-esque and wearing his pants very low and Howard looking his usual suave self. "Dead Man Down" was penned by J.H. Wyman, and we hope it's as gritty and dark as it sounds. [JustJared/FarrellFansite/EyePrime]
