With the fall chill coming into the air, you might be in the mood for something to bring you a little warmth. Well, instead of going out, stay in and go on a road trip with "Neil Young Journeys," the third collaboration between the legendary musician and filmmaker Jonathan Demme.
The movie combines two events into one: Young's performance on May 11, 2011, at the Massey Hall Theater in Toronto, that mirrors a memorable show he gave forty years earlier in 1971, and the titular "journey" that finds Demme, Young and his brother Bob touring their childhood homes in southern Ontario. "If you like Neil Young, if you like rock documentaries, if you like creative cinematography and great guitar riffs – hell, even if you like the wilds of Ontario – this is a movie for you," we wrote in our review from the L.A. Film Festival. And we've got two DVDs and one Blu-ray of the film for some lucky readers. How do you win?
Contest closed, winners will be contacted via email.
Email us your name and address along with a special memory or story that you have attached to a Neil Young song. Good luck! Contest open to U.S. residents only.
"Neil Young Journeys" is available on DVD and Blu-ray right now.
