Review: 'The Immigrant'Either way, it looks like the floodgates may be opening, as Disney and DreamWorks have emailed over the film's official one-sheet. And... well, it's a picture of Daniel Day-Lewis, look stern, as Lincoln. In black and white. What were you expecting, Saul Bass? It certainly backs up hints that the film will be a sober, unsensational biopic of the president, but normally trailers follow on pretty soon from posters, so we may be finding out for sure sooner rather than later. "Lincoln" goes into limited release on November 9th, before going wider a week later. Check the poster out below.

If Day-Lewis wins, he'll set the record for most Best Actor wins of all time. I just don't know if I see the Academy doing that, even if it is a Great Performance.
