Sam Raimi The Outpost
It have been over a year since Sam Raimi delivered "Oz The Great And Powerful," and while the film took in just under $500 million worldwide, it wasn't all that good and it doesn't seem like Disney is in any rush to return to that world. As for Raimi, he's in no real rush to return to features it seems, busy executive producing no shortage projects minus a detour to TV to helm a couple of episodes of "Rake." But he does have a possible new movie cooking.

Burning Bush
Political thriller, procedural, emotional drama and rousing cry for basic human rights and values, “Burning Bush” is a deep investigative look at gross abuses of power in late ‘60s communist Czechoslovakia and those that fought against it. A three-part miniseries for HBO Europe (no word yet on a U.S. airdate, but it opens theatrically this weekend in limited release), the drama chronicles real-life events that took place when Russian forces began to occupy the country.

Rosemary's Baby Zoe Saldana NBC
With tonight’s premiere of FX’s “Fargo,” it’s clear the miniseries – or “limited series,” the current preferred nomenclature – is back on the rise in the television world. While the development of the small screen take on “The Exorcist” stalled last summer, NBC is filling the horror void with their two-part, four-hour take on “Rosemary’s Baby” and a trailer for the miniseries has arrived online to chill you to the bone.

Under The Skin
Yeah, we know, it's a bit ridiculous. Day one has just closed on the Venice Film Festival, Telluride kicks off in a couple days and by this time next week, the first 24 hours in TIFF will be nearing an end. It's that time of year, a bonanza of movie related goodness, and aren't you just glad it's not TV Spot #9 for some blockbuster movie you already forgot about? Long story short, there's a whole bunch of stuff headed to Colorado and with it some new images to go with it.
