Review: 'The Immigrant'Written, directed and starring Ryan O'Nan alongside Michael Weston, the story follows Alex, an underachiever, recently dumped by his girlfriend, who embarks on an impromptu road trip with his new bandmate, the eccentric Jim (Weston). The duo take their "lo-fi" style on the road, playing a series of bizarre shows and experiencing multiple near-disasters, while Alex and Jim's persistence takes them on a true coming-of-age journey. In this exclusive clip from the movie, we see Alex at a particularly low point assessing his life and looking for perspective from a young kid. It's pretty funny stuff.
"Brooklyn Brothers Beat The Best" hits theaters on September 21st. Check out the clip below along with a music video for the movie.
