10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesTHR reports that Levy will be playing the lead in the horror thriller “In A Dark Place” with Bharat Nalluri (“Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day”) slated to direct. The film follows “an American woman who moves to England to become the governess of a porcelain doll, which the family treats as its own son. When the family leaves for a holiday, the woman begins to think the doll is haunted and may be alive.” Um...all right.... The film’s expected to begin production this May.
It’s great to see Miss Levy take on another lead role even if it kinda sounds like a “Child’s Play” riff, though we hope it's something a bit more psychological in nature. “Evil Dead” should be a good indicator on how well she can handle herself in the horror genre. “In a Dark Place” will most likely be aiming for a 2014 release, while the Sam Raimi remake hits SXSW in March before opening on April 5th.

We know she is good at serious DRAMA and of course COMEDY too, let's wait and see how she does in Evil Dead before judging her HORROR acting skills, which I assume are very good since she got this new role which should be Scary good ... she's going places :)

Bad idea to do two horror movies in a row. She's going to pigeonhole herself into a scream queen.
