Review: 'The Immigrant'An adaptation of Julie Maroh's graphic novel "Blue," the film stars rising French actress Lea Seydoux ("Sister," "Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol") and Adele Exarchopoulos, and follows Adele, a teenager who unexpectedly falls in love with another girl, Emma, who is noted for her striking blue hair. While her affection with Emma (Seydoux) grows over time, Adele finds it difficult to escape the judgment of family and friends.
As of now, there’s no word on when “Blue Is the Warmest Colour” is expected to be released. Kechiche is a favorite at the Venice Film Festival, but given that we’re already getting promotional materials from the film, could we expect to see it at the Croisette in May? Fingers crossed. All European films promoted in English version. In Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World, that girl's hair also was blue.
