The R-rated movie will certainly find some of the cast pushing the envelope, particularly Winslet whose story opposite Jackman is being kept secret. Though if folks at Harvard are anything to go by, she nails it. “I spoke at Harvard last year with my brother Bobby. People always ask if we’re going to do a dramatic movie, so we said we just did, with Kate Winslet, and told them, ‘Let’s show a little clip,’” producer Peter Farrelly told EW. “People were so stunned. I don’t think an audience at Harvard has ever laughed that hard. There’s the fact that Kate Winslet had the balls to just go for it.”
Among the other comedic tales? Faris will play the perfect housewife who wants her husband (played by real life hubby Pratt) to poop on her; Berry and Stephen Merchant get into a nasty game of truth or dare; Stone and Culkin play a couple who get back together at a supermarket; Butler plays a leprechaun in his short with Scott and Knoxville; and Bibb, Long, and Sudeikis are superheroes at a speed-dating party.
Check out the images below. "Movie 43" opens on January 25, 2013.

The plot of the Jackman/Winslet segment is that Jackman plays a guy with balls on his chin who goes out on a blind date with Winslet.
