A couple more pics from the upcoming "Fright Night" remake/reboot and with the release date just a few months away, we're going to get a trailer soon, right?

Anyway, the Craig Gillespie-directed film follows a teenager (Anton Yelchin) who discovers that he’s got a vampire (Colin Farrell) living next door. Toni Colette plays his mom and Imogen Poots is the love interest with the cast rounded out by Christopher Mintz-Plasse as his friend Evil Ed, Dave Franco as an asshole bully and Chris Sarandon in a cameo that will link everything back to the previous film. And let's not forget the excellent David Tennant portraying Peter Vincent, a veteran vampire hunter and apparently in the film, a Criss Angel-esque magician with a show called Fright Night. In this first look at him, he certainly looks to have been dressed very well for the part.

"Fright Night" hits on August 19th and hopefully someone will scare up a trailer soon. [Movieweb]

epic fail. This ruins the original movie. Peter Vincent was supposed to be a failed actor, aging and he gets his confidence back over the course of the film. Instead this guy looks like a douche.
