10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesLong out of print, with copies costing hundreds of dollars is you manage to find one, some kind soul has beautifully scanned and upload the "Blade Runner Sketchbook" for all to see and persuse. First published in 1982, the book features sketches and conceptual design work by the lengendary Syd Mead (who is currently working on Neill Blomkamp's "Elysium"), Mentor Huebner, Charles Knode, Michael Kaplan and Ridley Scott as well. It's definitely worth a flip through the pages for diehard "Blade Runner" buffs, revealing designs for sequences and objects that didn't make it to the film and more. It's some pretty great stuff.
