Although Shailene Woodley has been cut from "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" leaving the part to get recast, she's got nothing to worry about really. While that blockbuster franchise will have to do without the talents of "The Descendants" and "The Spectacular Now" star, she isn't sweating it because she has her own tentpole all to herself.

"Divergent" is the latest YA property angling to succeed where "The Host" and "Beautiful Creatures" failed, and certainly Summit is getting the awareness campaign rolling early. The pics continue to roll in for the movie, with more landing today, and Woodley looking like she'll be kicking ass instead of being caught between two bros deciding which one is hunkier. Here's the synopsis:

DIVERGENT is a thrilling adventure set in a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities. Tris Prior (Shailene Woodley) is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it's too late.

Co-starring Theo James, Kate Winslet, Tony Goldwyn, Ray Stevenson, Maggie Q, Mekhi Phifer, Jai Courtney, Miles Teller, Zoë Kravitz, Ansel Elgort, Ben Lloyd-Hughes, Ben Lamb, Christian Madsen, and Amy Newbold, "Divergent" opens on March 21, 2014.
