Gary Busey Will Take A Bite Out Of 'Piranha 3DD'

Though it may make James Cameron weep blue "Avatar" tears, the delightfully dumb "Piranha 3D" was a box office hit, taking in over $80 million worldwide which of course means we're getting a quickie sequel. But God bless the filmmakers as they're not trying to reinvent the wheel the second time around, getting a mostly low-rent cast together for a movie that only recently started filming for a November release date.

Anyway, The Weinstein Company has announced that once decent actor turned reality show trainwreck Gary Busey has joined the cast of "Piranha 3DD" (get it?! It's because of the boobs!) that includes Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka, David Koechner and Meagan Tandy. No plot details yet, but c'mon, you don't really need those do you? Anyway, Busey will definitely add a healthy dose of crazy to the proceedings.

"Piranha 3DD" opens on November 23rd.

Pretty sure the plot is the piranha get into a waterpark.

Which would be difficult...since the waterpark here in Wilmington is, ummm small. Very small. Pretty terrible location.
