As Den Of Geek have noted, she'll be play Cinderella's biological mother. The actress can be seen next in the Andre 3000-starring Jimi Hendrix flick "All Is By My Side." "Cinderella" drops on March 13, 2015.

Meanwhile, Christina Hendricks is taking a break from "Mad Men" to go to "Dark Places." She is now on board the thriller, joining Charlize Theron, Corey Stoll, Tye SheridanChloe Grace Moretz, Nicholas Hoult and Sterling Jerins in the story centered on Libby Day (Theron), who as a teenager witnesses her family get murdered and testifies against her brother when he is tried for the crime. 25 years later, Libby is brought before the secretive, crime-solving Kill Club who want to uncover the truth about what happened. Deadline reveals that Hendricks will the role of Krissi Cates, whose secret could mean big things for Libby. Gilles Paquet-Brenner adapted the Gillian Flynn novel and will direct.
