As the filmmakers get everything in place to start shooting soon, it looks like Sam Mendes is nailing down the final pieces of his cast for "James Bond 23" or as it will probably be called "Skyfall."
It was just last week that it was rumored that relatively unknown Bérénice Marlohe had scored the coveted role of the Bond girl in the film, well Baz Bamigboye at the Daily Mail has confirmed she has indeed landed the part. Additionally, Narcissa Malfoy from three of the 'Harry Potter' films -- known in her regular life as Helen McCrory -- has also boarded the film in a role that has not been revealed. Indeed, details of the movie even up until know are sewn up tight.
What we do know is that Daniel Craig will be back as 007 squaring off against Javier Bardem as the villain, with Ralph Fiennes in a key, secretive role, Judi Dench reprising her part as M (with Rory Kinnear back as well as her assistant) and Noami Harris on board as Moneypenny. Ben Whishaw, who told us a while back he was in negotiations for a part, appears to be locked in but his role as well is unknown at this point.
Details will likely arrive soon as filming is set to begin any day now. "Skyfall" or "James Bond 23" or "Die Another Quantum Of Royale Tomorrow" or whatever it will be called hits theaters in Europe on October 26, 2012 with a U.S. release following on November 9th.

Please. Kurt Angle appearing in a 007 movie is about as believable as an invisible car! Oh, wait...

gonad, I don't expect it to happen but I am waiting for a good hand-to-hand fight for Bond, not those brief fights he kept getting.
My idea was a fight sequence where Kurt Angle overhead belly to belly suplexes Daniel Craig through a glass wall and later executes the Angle Slam on him as well but Daniel Craig manages to beat him after a long, hard fight.

I like to think of Helen McCrory as Cherie Blair, Barbara Villiers or Anna Karenina, but okay.

I’d like to see Kurt Angle and Gary Daniels as villains in this film. There would be amazing fight scenes between each of them with Daniel Craig.

Another psychopath here is Kragen. Do you run the Kurt Angle and Gary Daniels fan club? Stop dreaming.

Ben Whishaw as Q? Would be fun.
