I Give It A Year Rafe Spall Stephen Merchant

Even though it's still without a domestic release date, we're looking forward to the upcoming rom-com "I Give It A Year," that looks like a fresh and funny take on a familiar concept. To refresh your memory, the film, which stars Rose Byrne, Rafe Spall, Simon Baker, Stephen Merchant, Minnie Driverand Anna Faris, tells the story of a newlywed couple who, soon after getting hitched, have their bond tested. And us the movie gears up to open overseas, we get another look at the soundtrack details that have dropped.

A pretty decent line up of artists, "I Give It A Year" kicks things off with rising U.K. artist Jessie Ware who delivers a cover of Stephanie Mills' "Never Knew Love Like This Before" (at least we think so). Also featured are hot dancefloor acts Tinie Tempah and Dizzee Rascal, electronic vets Zero 7 and DJ Shadow, and folks like Snow Patrol, Corinne Bailey Rae, Paul Wellerand more. Not too bad at all.

The film opens in the U.K. on February 4th with the soundtrack hitting stores on February 9th. Now will someone bring this to the U.S. already? [Film Music Reporter]
