'Magic Mike' Soundtrack Features Foreigner, KISS, T-Pain, Ginuwine & More; Plus Details On All The Songs Featured In The Film

Let's get this straight up front: The Weather Girls' classic disco song "It's Raining Men" is not included in the "Magic Mike" soundtrack (maybe in the film?), but there is a cover by modern R&B singer Countre Black, so at least that's something.  A coming of age dramedy based on the real-life experiences of actor Channing Tatum, "Magic Mike" centers on an experienced stripper (Tatum) who takes a younger performer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money.

Featured on the soundtrack are Foreigner ("Feels Like The First Time"), Win Win's "Victim" (featuring Blaqstarr) which can be heard in the trailer, and co-star Matthew McConaughey, who evidently sings something called "Ladies of Tampa." That'll likely be worth the price of admission alone. Tatum told MTV earlier in the year that his character dances to the Ginuwine's sex-nasty hip-hop classic "Pony," but it apparently isn't on the soundtrack.

Directed by Steven Soderbergh and starring Tatum, Pettyfer, McConaughey, Cody Horn, Joe Manganiello, Matt Bomer, Oliva Munn and many more, "Magic Mike" lands in theaters on June 29 via Warner Bros. The soundtrack via WaterTower music arrives a few days earlier on June 26. Tracklist below and check out the full list of songs and samples on page 2.  [via Billboard]
