Joe Manganiello Is Big Dick Richie In Steven Soderbergh's 'Magic Mike'

With Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matthew McConaughey and Matt Bomer already set to oil up their bods, it looks like the beefcake factor just went up another notch in Steven Soderbergh's stripper pic "Magic Mike." Buckle your seatbelts, gals.

EW reports that "True Blood" star Joe Manganiello -- also known as Hot Werewolf by the non-male members of the Playlist, as well as the guy who was almost Superman (he was number two behind Henry Cavill) -- will don a thong and dance to Ricky Martin (or something) in the upcoming flick. So, will he go full frontal? Playing a character named Big Dick Richie, we'd imagine at some point he'll have to uh, "reveal" how he got that name.

Penned by Reid Carolin, the film will tell the story about an experienced stripper (Tatum) who teaches a younger dancer (Pettyfer) how to hustle his wares on stage and off at the exotic club Xquisite, run by Dallas (McConaughey). Bomer also plays a stripper, but his stage name is yet to be disclosed. Bomer and Manganiello are no strangers having worked together on "White Collar" so they'll already have a rapport in place.

Lest we forget, this isn't just a manly meat market. There is also a female role that Brit Marling was circling that is still available. Given the chance to hang every hot dude in town, we'd wager some folks will take on the gig for free. Filming begins on "Magic Mike" in September.

This better have a lot of nudity particularly from Bomer and Manganiello. You can't name a character Big Dick Richie and not show the goods!

I so approve the cast, even if it sucks, will be a cult movie. It's a win win situation. We can only hope for lots of nudity...
