Review: 'The Immigrant'To refresh your memory, producers Jason Blum and Oren Peli and writer Christopher Landon (who penned the second and third movies of the 'Paranormal' series as well as "Disturbia") have teamed up for the microbudget, Latino-flavored "Paranormal Activity," which Landon will helm. According to their sources, Bloody Disgusting says the movie would be a sequel or reboot, but will be a "cousin" to the franchise we already know -- whatever that means. As for the plot, it's also being kept under wraps/probably doesn't have much of one to speak of, but it will apparently have some kind of Catholicism-based mythology. Okay, then.
So keep your ass glued to your seat when 'PA4' finishes because the story will apparently continue kind of, sort of. "Shaky Cam: OMG What's That Noize 4" opens on October 19th.

At least the Japanese Paranormal Activity was in Japanese right ? In any case I'm much more interested by the [Rec]4 trailer (which probably won't be "found-footage") that should hit the Sitges festival next week...

I think the working title is "¡Ay Dios mÃo! La silla se mueve".
(Is that racist? In any case, I'm latino)
