Listen To Hans Zimmer's Entire Score For 'The Dark Knight Rises'

....because there hasn't been a story about "The Dark Knight Rises" in the last twelve hours or so, here's another helping from the movie, although we're not sure what the benefit is of listening to the score before you see the flick.

....because there hasn't been a story about "The Dark Knight Rises" in the last twelve hours or so, here's another helping from the movie, although we're not sure what the benefit is of listening to the score before you see the flick.

While there have been 30-second track samplings here and there of Hans Zimmer's soundtrack for the movie, the whole megilla is now streaming for your listening pleasure. A few notes: firstly, none of the song titles seem to be overt spoilers except in the most vague way possible, so you're safe there. Secondly, while he worked with James Newton Howard on scores for "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight," Zimmer is all on his lonesome here and seems to be doing just fine. Last year he said he was listening to music as diverse as Verdi and Goldfrapp to get prepared -- do you hear those influences?

The score will hit stores digitally and physically on July 17th, and the movie opens on July 20th. Listen below. [Empire]
