Review: 'The Immigrant'Jacques Audiard returns three years after he made splash and took home a Grand Jury Prize for "A Prophet" and he's bringing another promising drama. Featuring Marion Cotillard and "Bullhead" star Matthias Schoenaerts, the film is based on the short story by Canadian author Craig Davidson and will follow the relationship between a homeless man and a marine park performer who loses her leg in a horrific accident. This looks like another slam dunk acting lesson from Cotillard while Schoenaerts looks to continue to build on the very strong word he's earned from "Bullhead."
Some new images from the movie have landed and you can check 'em out below. "Rust And Bone" will hit theaters later this year via Sony Pictures Classics. [Kinopoisk]

Well said John, what a year for her! And she is currently filming Blood Ties with an amazing cast too. Well if she is not nominated for "Rust and Bones", it's definitely gonna be Gray's "Low life" who said himself; "Low life is gonna be my best work because my actors really gave their best". Seriously she worked with Tim Burton, Olivier Dahan, Christopher Nolan (twice), Michael Mann, James Gray, Steven Soderbergh, Woody Allen, her husband Guillaume Canet, Rob Marshall, Ridley Scott and Luc Besson, among others. For me, except maybe Martin Scorsese or Spielberg, she worked with most of the best director of her generation. I just love her she is my new Maryl Streep!
