Despite already having a very busy and successful year -- three #1 movies, that each took over $100 million --
Channing Tatum has another release coming up, the indie dramedy “
10 Years” and we have the details on the digital release of the soundtrack.
Set around a ten year high school reunion, the ensemble comedy stars Tatum, his real-life wife
Jenna Dewan-Tatum, “
The Hurt Locker” stars
Brian Geraghty and
Anthony Mackie, “
Parks and Recreation” stars
Chris Pratt and
Aubrey Plaza,
Oscar Issac (“
Drive” and “
The Bourne Legacy”),
Rosario Dawson, Justin Long, Scott Porter (“
Friday Night Lights” and “
Speed Racer”) and
Kate Mara.
The soundtrack has tracks by
Alexander, Pharcyde, Joe Purdy, Rogue Wave and -- as seen in the trailer -- some tracks by Isaac, whose character picks up a guitar more than once in a film. Check out the tracklisting below and pick up the soundtrack on September 11th, while the film finally makes it to theaters on September 21st, over a year after it premiered at
TIFF 2011 (

One of my favorite movies this season. Funny, nostalgic, with some nice emotional beats to it. I didn't know Oscar Isaac had that kind of voice, either.
