Review: 'The Immigrant'Vaughn wrote the script, which will follow the duo as two old-school salesmen that find themselves unemployed. In an attempt to reinvent themselves, they take internships at a major dotcom company. It sounds like a pastiche of films Vaughn and Wilson have already made, but those films also saw the actors at their best. As long as the Shawn Levy that directed "Date Night" shows up instead of the Shawn Levy that directed "Cheaper By the Dozen" or "The Pink Panther," there's a chance that "The Internship" could be pulled off. Levy also recently produced "Neighborhood Watch," which co-stars Vaughn, so clearly the two have a decent working relationship.
Variety says that shooting will commence on June 25, with Levy's 21 Laps Entertainment and Vaughn's Wild West Picture Show Productions producing.
