Did you spend any amount of time with original 8-bit Nintendo or Sega Master System? Do you still have up-up-down-down "Contra"-style codes memorized in your brain? Does the sight of a blue hedgehog spinning and jumping wildly through the air still get your pulse rate up? Well, this fall, the movie might be coming that's just for you as Disney will unveil their video game world set "Wreck-It-Ralph" and it looks like it's going to be both a dazzling piece of eye candy and actually entertaining (sorry, "Tron: Legacy").

Last week we got the pretty impressive new trailer, and now the studio has dropped four new character posters to get the old school, cartridge loving video game fan inside you excited. The one sheets include a variety of characters including Sonic The Hedgehog, Dr. Robotnik, M. Bison and Q-Bert all of whom crop up in the film that tells the story of a villain of the titular video game who no longer wants to be the baddie but winds up getting lost in a variety of arcade games ranging from "Call Of Duty"-style first person shooters to "Mario Kart" inspired racing games. It's a pretty nifty concept and we're eager to see it all unfold.

Featuring the voices of Jack McBrayer, John C. Reilly, Jane Lynch, Sarah Silverman and many more, "Wreck-It-Ralph" comes for your cinematic gamepad on November 2nd. Boot up the posters below. [ComingSoon]

I think anyone over 25 will get all the references to characters like Ken, Ryu and M-Bison.I was playing Sonic when I was 10 on the Sega Megadrive, and now I'm 30. I guess kids will know who Sonic is but older people will really appreciate this movie.

I hope this means Sonic will have a larger part than the 5 second cameo we've already seen. I noticed in the new trailer, Dr. Robotnik (Err, I mean, "Eggman") has several more scenes.

Imagine if Disney decides to team-up with SEGA and make a Sonic feature film someday...
