Speechless: First Look At Tom Cruise In 'Rock Of Ages'

If anything, "Rock of Ages" is shaping up to present its cast in ways you've never seen them before. In case you missed it, adjust your retinas and check out the first look at Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand over here and once your're done, come back and get a load of this.

Over at his official website, Tom Cruise has dropped a first look at his character Stacee Jaxx in the film and we'll give credit where credit is due: he definitely looks the part of an '80s rocker. But he also still definitely looks like Tom Cruise. So will this be a car crash of actors going way too far outside their comfort zones, or will it wind up being some of the most diabolically clever casting of all time? With '80s tunes, wild hair and rock 'n' roll flying all over the place, something has got to give right?

Co-starring Malin Akerman, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Paul Giamatti, Mary J. Blige, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Bryan Cranston, the film hits theaters on June 1, 2012. Check out Cruise is all his rockin' glory below.

Does anyone have a clue what this film is about? Because i certainly don't! It's not on my radar, i don't understand it, what is its appeal?
