In every discussion surrounding the long-awaited fourth season of “Arrested Development,” there’s been the presumption of longevity; that everything Mitch Hurtwitz is planning will blend into a master timeline of Bluth family chronicles. At least, that was the case until Netflix CEO Reed Hastings declared the upcoming season to be “a one-off” and “non-repeatable,” but luckily, elsewhere in the company it seems the mood is more optimistic.

It looks like you're not going to be able to watch any episode of the new season of "Arrested Development" without crashing into a guest star. With Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Isla Fisher, Terry Crews, Conan O'Brien and John Slattery among those we know for sure are popping by, and side players like Mae Whitman and Carl Weathers also slated to return, the list is now getting (awesomely) longer.

Netflix giveth, and Netflix taketh away. While the long awaited return of "Arrested Development" arrives in just a couple of months, it looks like you might want to parcel out that binge watch you had planned. Because that season will be the only one you're getting.

That means more hints as to what we can expect from Mitch Hurwitz and co. for season four, starting with a few name guest stars joining in on the madness. Minor spoilers below.

Perhaps second only to the finale of "Breaking Bad," the big TV event of 2013 right now is the return of "Arrested Development." Due later this spring from Netflix, fans have been taking any morsel of info they can get as exact plot details remain under wraps. There hasn't been a trailer yet, though the DVD/streaming company did tease fans around Christmas by putting up artwork for the numerous fake shows that have appeared in "Arrested Development" to date. But creator Mitch Hurwitz has offered up a few more bits and bobs about what the show will deliver, and why we're not going to see every character in every episode.

As if we weren’t already excited enough about the revival of “Arrested Development,” Netflix has gone and made sure we’ll remember just how excited we are on a regular basis while browsing the site. The cult sitcom, which aired on Fox between 2003 and 2006, was always great at peppering the show with gags so there were always plenty of in-jokes for fans to love. Well, full credit to Netflix for exploiting those and peppering them across the site.

For that large contingency the pleasant news continues, as the series' recent production has yielded potential for extra avenues through the latest Bluth family chapter.

One of the biggest TV events of 2013 -- besides the final season of "Breaking Bad" -- will be the hugely anticipated return of "Arrested Development." Fans have been tracking the movement of the show ever since it was canceled by Fox. First, there was a lot of chatter about a potential movie, but coming first will be a ten episode (or so) season that will apparently precede a feature, serving as the "first act." Essentially, there is a lot more Bluth family on the way.
