"I would be a liar if I was to say, across the board, no piracy," Quentin Tarantino told Cannes Film Festival press back in 2004 when he was serving as Jury president. That said, he wasn't advocating nicking movies that are legally available, instead saying that it's an option to view movies that are harder to find via traditional methods.
