In just a few hours, the final "Twilight" movie will hit theaters. With an impressively speedy five movies in four years, audiences have seen teen Bella (Kristen Stewart) fall for a mysterious new classmate, Edward (Robert Pattinson), stop him from committing suicide, fight off an army of newborn vampires led by the evil Victoria, get married, have a baby, and transform into a vampire herself.

The final installment of Stephenie Meyers' 'Twilight Saga' has hit the screen with an audible, if Italian-accented "Squee!" here in its packed hormonal World Premiere at the Rome Film Festival. Destined to make a jillion dollars in its first six minutes of release, the film is already such a juggernaut that voicing an opinion on whether it's any good is a little like examining the fenderwork on the 20-wheeler that's bearing down on you at 100mph: it doesn't matter, because either way, you're going to be flattened. But hardy fools that we Playlisters are, we're going to damn well tell you what we think anyway: "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" is as thrilling, scary and swooningly romantic as this series gets. But it's still dire.

Even though Julian Assange has gone from notorious hacker to exiled cause celebre (hell, Lady Gaga of all people paid him a visit at the Ecuadorean embassy in London), his saga remains fascinating and important. Which means Hollywood has come calling. And while there are a handful of competing features and documentaries out there, DreamWorks looks to be out of the gate first as their untitled project begins to take shape.

"The studio would not confirm this, but it seemed intriguing and dishy enough to discuss," says Deadline who we guess are feeling a bit saucy this afternoon, and hell we'll play along with that. Benedict Cumberbatch as the one of the most infamous men and political figures on the planet right now? Yeah, we'd like to see that.

Remember when Julian Assange was a hot news item? While the media has moved on from the escapades of the WikiLeaks founder (who is now fighting deportation to Sweden to face alleged sexual assault charges), one of the many projects in the works about him has drawn some high profile names.

Well, the honeymoon's out of the way, the baby's been born, and now the marriage of Bella & Edward (Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson), the lead characters of the "Twilight" franchise, is going the same way as many other marriages -- into a series of fights. However, it's not the newlyweds who are arguing; it's the new Mr. & Mrs Cullen, along with Edward's family, and Jacob's pack of werewolves, against vampire authority the Volturi, who believe that their child Renesmee is an abomination, and needs to be destroyed. Which is all a long-winded way of saying that the first full teaser trailer for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part Two" has arrived (to coincide with Edward's 111th birthday: you people do know he's a fictional character, right?), and it looks like it has the biggest scope of the series so far.

"I only want to do what I really want to do, otherwise I'm content to sit here and play my guitar all day. I always tell people now that I'm a semi-retired gentleman of leisure, and occasionally I'll go do some work to break the boredom up."

It's here. The moment we've been eagerly waiting for as much a year. The moment that meant that we couldn't go to sleep last night, for all the butterflies doing somersaults in our tummies. The moment that caused us to press the 'refresh' button 783 times in a minute, for the last 180 minutes. Yes, the latest, and presumably final, trailer for "Twilight: Breaking Dawn -- Part One" is here, debuting tonight over at Yahoo. And the good news is, it displays the same wit, invention and razor-sharp comic timing that made the three previous films such laugh riots.

Edward Cullen, They Gonna Beat On Your White Ass Like It Was A Rented MuleNearly two years on from the end of our beloved "The Wire," actors from the show keep cropping up in odd places. Michael Williams (Omar) in "The Incredible Hulk." Seth Gilliam (Carver) in "Did You Hear About The Morgans?" Sonja Sohn (Kima) in "Step Up 2 The Streets." But so far, none have sunk so far as to make an appearance in the "Twilight" franchise. A man got to have a code, after all.
