Better start saving your allowance, because the summer of 2015 is already looking like a clusterfuck. What's coming between the start of May and end of August that year? How about: "The Avengers: Age of Ultron," "Tomorrowland," "Jurassic World," "Inside Out," "Ted 2," "Terminator 5," "Independence Day 2," "Batman Vs. Superman" and "Ant-Man." That not enough for you? Get ready, because even more is being added to Hollywood's bloat of 2015 ...

How I Live Now, Saoirse Ronan,
We recently got to chat with the lovely and talented Saoirse Ronan about her upcoming young adult adaptation "How I Live Now" (review here), which is kind of like what would have happened if Terrence Malick had directed "Red Dawn" (more from that interview soon). And while we had the young actress on the line, we had to quiz her about a myriad of upcoming projects she has in the works, everything from the upcoming Wes Anderson joint "The Grand Budapest Hotel," to Ryan Gosling's directorial debut "How to Catch A Monster," to things that are in a more nebulous state of flux, like Joe Wright's "Little Mermaid" and the hotly rumored "Fantastic Four" and "Star Wars: Episode VII."

Miles Teller
While attending the Savannah Film Festival, Fandango talked to Miles Teller, star of this year's wonderful teen romance "The Spectacular Now" (and also the odious college comedy "21 and Over"), about what he's got coming up next. Teller also stars in next year's high profile YA adaptation "Divergent," whose sequel is set to begin shooting imminently. But what about that other hot property Teller has been attached to? You know, the one with the Invisible Woman and The Thing…

So remember way back when names like "Girls" star Allison Williams and "Fruitvale Station" lead Michael B. Jordan were being tossed around as possible contenders for "Fantastic Four"? Well, that list just got a helluva lot longer.

Blame it on Marvel if you must, but everyone in Hollywood is racing to super-size their superhero movies following the billion dollar success of "The Avengers." Warner Bros. has tossed Batman into their "Man Of Steel" followup, "X-Men: Days Of Future Past" will pretty much feature every character you've seen in the X-Men movies so far, plus a whole bunch of new faces, while "The Amazing Spider-Man" series is building to the Sinister Six. What superheroes will be crossing streams next?

Miles Teller Fantastic Four
Okay, let's take a moment here: the first time Fox attempted "Fantastic Four" they rounded up Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis. A pretty ragtag bunch, all being said. For their second kick at the can, recent reports seem to suggest they are going younger. "Girls" star Allison Williams has been linked to Sue Storm, while Michael B. Jordan might light up as The Human Torch. And next? Well, another young face is being eyeballed for another key role.

Superhero movies that never came to pass
This weekend "The Wolverine," starring Hugh Jackman as the adamantium-clawed avenger (is he ever not playing Wolverine?), will be slashing its way onto screens nationwide. But as fans know, this wasn't the original vision that Jackman and Fox had in mind. No, that version was to be helmed by Darren Aronofsky as his follow-up to his Oscar-winning "Black Swan," and we can only imagine what his take would've been on the story (based in part on the great Frank Miller/Chris Claremont run from the '80s) that serves as the foundation for this reboot. The movie's prolonged Japanese shoot was cited as the reason for his departure, but one also wonders if he would've been able to have the full creative sway he's used to.

According to The Wrap, the first member of the rebooted “Fantastic Four” might be cast – Michael B. Jordan, who co-starred in director Josh Trank’s previous movie, the more-clever-than-it-had-any-right-to-be “Chronicle,” seems to be in contention to play The Human Torch aka Johnny Storm. The reboot is scheduled to hit theaters in 2015.

Allison Williams, Fantastic Four
Say what you will about "Girls" -- and people have no shortage of opinions on Lena Dunham's show -- the cast is pretty much uniformly excellent (Zosia Mamet forever) and one of those standouts is Allison Williams. Initially seen as the clean cut, rational and polar opposite to Hannah, the character of Marnie has gone a fascinating journey, particularly as the less savoury aspects of her personality have come to light. Talented, and yes, attractive as well, it was only a matter of time before Hollywood came knocking, and could she be making the leap to the tentpole world for one of her first feature film roles?
