Cuban Fury
The power of dance has been used throughout cinematic history to tell a variety of stories, and while "Cuban Fury" probably won't go down as any kind of classic, if it entertains you enough for 90-odd minutes, it has probably done its job.

Hateship, Loveship
While Kristen Wiig has done her share of logical post-"Bridesmaids" roles in films like "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" and "The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty," she has also used the opportunities presented by the hit comedy to try and stretch her acting wings. And she dials it way down for "Hateship Loveship," a romantic drama which finds her sharing the screen with Guy Pearce, Nick Nolte and Hailee Steinfeld.

Noah
"They won't connect emotionally with the main character because it betrays the essence of the biblical character, and the payoff just isn't good enough," radio critic Mario P. Szekely said following the Mexico City premiere of Darren Aronofsky's "Noah." Indeed, early word on the movie coming from a select group of folks allowed to see the movie early, is that it's like "The Fountain," in that it's not going to be one easily embraced by the mainstream. That's probably not what Paramount wants to hear as they get set to launch the Biblical epic worldwide, so they're putting a different face on it.

A Thousand Times Goodnight
Juliette Binoche playing a war photographer? That's probably anyone familiar with the actress needs to know about her upcoming "A Thousand Times Good Night," even if the results are a bit middling. In her review out of the Marrkaech Film Festival in December, our Jessica Kiang wrote that the film has the "enervating effect of so many fertile issues introduced only to be muddied into confusion or simply abandoned." But she also notes that Binoche herself is "particularly terrific."

It broke per-screen averages last weekend -- 9th all-time and 1st in limited release -- and with Wes Anderson’s delightful “The Grand Budapest Hotel” opening in more theaters at the end of this week, Fox Searchlight has released a couple of more trailers to move those tickets but not before Anderson has a thing or two to say about one of the more controversial films released last year.

24: Live Another Day

And the first trailer is here to see how he looks upgraded to 2014.

Game Of Thrones
Superfans of "Game Of Thrones" might be wondering about a scene, seemingly skipped over from the books, centered around Jamie's return to King's Landing and his reunion with Cersei. But as Lena Headey recently told Vulture, it could still be coming. "Well, I can tell you that will, uh ... that's in there. It's horrendous. It's kind of crazy," the actress teased. "Interesting to film, because we were ... she's in deep pain, and he wants her, because he missed her, and he needs to know she wants him. It's just a weird, fucked-up moment. It's quite mad! [Laughs.] Quite mad. And it's a great transition for him, the loss of someone he doesn't particularly like, but that he's connected to, on a deep level."

Silicon Valley
"We're taking shots, but at the same time we're respectful. I don't think we're sneering at Silicon Valley," executive producer Alec Berg told THR about this upcoming HBO comedy. "It would be the same thing if you were doing something about show business: There are certain aspects of it that are great and people who genuinely care about what they're doing and honestly believe in the products they're making and aren't just money-grubbing scumbags—and then there are outsize personalities who are parodies as human beings and aspects that are ripe for satire."
