Before he was an acclaimed filmmaker, Anton Corbijn was the king of cool, but you might not have known it. He started his career as a photographer, where he captured a diverse array of artists such as Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Tom Waits, David Bowie, Miles Davis, Björk, Elvis Costello, Morrissey and more in iconic pictures. He then moved to music videos where again, his inventive eye made his name a brand, and he still dabbles in that world today, most recently helming "Reflektor" for Arcade Fire (and you can see his recently released director's cut of Nirvana's "Heart Shaped Box" right here). But now, the camera is getting turned on Corbijn himself.

But then again, love has that strange chemical way of altering your horizons, and that is put on full display in the first trailer for the latest starring Shia LaBeouf, Evan Rachel Wood and Mads Mikkelsen.

Inside Llewyn Davis Oscar Isaac
Do you really need this much more convincing to see the Coen Brothers' "Inside Llewyn Davis"? If you haven't already been swayed by the rave reviews (including ours), the stirring theme song "Fare Thee Well (Dink's Song)" (listen here), or the numerous trailers that have already captured the humorous melancholy of the movie, well, here's one more piece of advertising that will hopefully put it over the top for you.

The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty
When the first trailer arrived for "The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty" this past summer, it took many by surprise. Ben Stiller's remake of Danny Kaye's 1947 musical fantasy looked like it had it's own unique magic, one that got many talking about its Oscar potential. This past weekend, that theory got tested as 'Mitty' made its world premiere at the New York Film Festival to decidedly mixed reviews, and far from the sort of raves that would sustain a picture through the awards season. That being said, there is still a long haul to go and Fox isn't stopping yet.

The Invisible Woman Ralph Fiennes Felicity Jones
One of the world's greatest writers, a torrid affair ... the drama writes itself, and certainly that must be what attracted Ralph Fiennes to "The Invisible Woman." The film got off to a steady if not spectacular start at Venice and Toronto, but Sony Pictures Classics is hoping to build it up to a full head of steam by time it hits theaters in Decembers.

The Armstrong Lie
From the top of the sports world, to tabloid-worthy flameout, to an interview with Oprah Winfrey—Lance Armstrong has certainly lived a life and then some. From a hero to a pariah, few scandals in the past few years have resonated with the public quite like the revelation that the beloved cyclist was doping. Outed by his teammates and forever tainting the Livestrong brand, documentarian Alex Gibney has gotten up close and personal with Armstrong for his next film.

Out Of The Furnace Christian Bale Woody Harrelson
The bond between brothers is one that can't be broken by distance or circumstance, but it can be tested, and it's that chain that's rattled in the upcoming "Out Of The Furnace." As the film gets ready to roll into the awards season mix, a brand new trailer is here, and it looks quite promising indeed.

I, Frankenstein
Next year finds a few classic movie monsters getting a fresh coat of paint. Warner Bros. will stomp around with their new take on "Godzilla," Universal is unveiling "Dracula Untold," and kicking it all off is Lionsgate with "I, Frankenstein." And we'll say this, it's definitely not the same dude with the bolts in his neck, wearing a tattered jacket.

With Gareth Edwards' "Godzilla" stomping into theaters next spring, we're undoubtedly going to see Warner Bros. and Legendary start pumping the marketing machine soon. And today, it looks like a teaser trailer has leaked online, seemingly unfinished (there's no credit block, only the above logo to close it off). So either someone has made a helluva great fan trailer, or someone in the marketing department is getting fired.

Tom At The Farm Xavier Dolan
After a trio of stylish, deeply emotional films in "I Killed My Mother," "Heartbeats" and the epic "Laurence Anyways," Xavier Dolan has somewhat shifted gears for his fourth feature "Tom At The Farm." The eye for visuals are still there it seems, but an eerier tone and colder atmosphere pervades this thriller, and the first trailer has arrived to provide a tantalizing look at the picture.
