Romance isn't easy, but what if you had a chance to do-over that first date, have a second attempt at a first impression or even just redo that first time in the sack? That's the central premise of "About Time," the upcoming romantic comedy from the man who knows a few things about complicated love, Richard Curtis ("Love Actually," "Four Weddings And A Funeral").

The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty
When word came down that Ben Stiller was remaking Danny Kaye's 1947 musical fantasy "The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty," we figured the story — in which a man escapes into his daydreams — was a setup for another "Night At The Museum"-esque jaunt. But, we certainly weren't expecting this...

It might seem like "Breaking Bad" is only thing coming up on TV worth caring about but for many the return of "Homeland" for its third season is yet another good reason to stay in this fall. The acclaimed show is riding high at the moment, with 8 Emmy nominations for its second season, following four wins for its first season including Best Drama, Best Actress, Best Actor and Best Writing. Not too shabby, but can they keep it up?

Nearing the $100 million worldwide mark as it heads into its second full week of release, it's safe to say that audiences are loving the scares that James Wan is serving up. He makes 'em cheap, doesn't skimp on the thrills and as a result, no matter what you think of his movies, he packs 'em in for miles around. And one of Wan's biggest success stories is "Insidious," made for a tiny $1.5 million and earning $97 million worldwide. So of course, a sequel beckons and Wan doesn't seem to be changing the playbook all that much.

The Playlist staff like bicker and fight amongst are ourselves about the merits of whatever movie might be in theaters or coming up soon, but one movie that was met with rare collective praise is Lucy Malloy's "Una Noche." Now, after a long, long wait, it's finally coming to cinemas and a brand new trailer has arrived.

Romeo & Juliet Hailee Steinfeld Douglas Booth
Why does the story of "Romeo & Juliet" continue to resonate hundreds of years after it was first written? Well, it turns out that Bill Shakespeare was onto something as teens and tortured, yearning romance go together like peanut butter and chocolate, and the fundamental story is so good it can be reinvented no small amount of ways and still resonate. This is probably why this year we're getting year another movie version movie, and it will be one that will embrace the period in which it was written.

Gravity, Bullock, Clooney
If the entirety of Alfonso Cuarón’s new 3D space movie “Gravity” is going to be like the series of clips the studio has been releasing over the last couple of days, then we’re fairly certain our heart is going to explode out of our chest, Jeff Fahey-on-“Under the Dome” style. The newest clip, entitled “I’ve Got You” and running at almost two minutes, isn’t all that much different than the others that the studio has released—Sandra Bullock is floating in space, George Clooney is trying to talk her through it, and, on yeah, your jaw will most likely be agape in sheer wonderment and terror.

A Single Shot Sam Rockwell
A hunting accident that leaves a young woman dead and the discovery of a box of cash. What could possibly go wrong? As you might expect, a lot, if that simple premise sets off a chain of events in the upcoming thriller "A Single Shot."
