So what does Disney do when getting the first word out about their brand new princess movie? Get an article in USA Today featuring an interview with Kristen Bell? Yep, makes sense. Make sure that the very first teaser trailer looks like an "Ice Age" movie....uh, what?

This fall will mark fifty years since November 22, 1963 -- a date that continues to haunt American history. When John F. Kennedy was assassinated, it seemed to mark an undeniable shift in the country, away from the positivity and hope that followed War War II, into a more fraught and frightened era with more wars overseas, social and political upheaval and much more. To mark the anniversary, there will undoubtedly be a ton of programming and films to choose from, and this is one of them.

In the age of the RED Camera and the Arri Alexa, it takes a certain kind of chutzpah to shoot your film in black-and-white on the kind of low-grade digital video camera your parents used in the eighties. Andrew Bujalski, however, isn’t like most directors and he’s given his awkward period comedy “Computer Chess” the lo-fi aesthetic it deserves. The first trailer has hit online in all its 1.33 glory.

The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones
Here we go again...it's the new trailer for "Beautiful Instruments: Breaking Hunger Bones." Okay, we kid, but really, how generic (and kinda low budget) does "Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones" look? Yet another YA franchise hopeful coming this summer, we're still not even sure what it's about, except that in this movie humans are called "mundanes" and that's just about perfectly describes this latest promo.

As we said in our 5 Things You Can Expect From Nicolas Winding Refn's Polarizing, Moody & Brutal 'Only God Forgives' feature, don't believe the hype that the film was booed at Cannes. Yes, response was vocal, but the movie also earned applause and frankly, it's something you need to witness with your own eyes. And a brand new trailer is here to give you another tease of what's to come.

Matt Damon, Elysium
The battle to keep surprises in store for an audience versus the need for mass marketing a major tentpole can be a tricky balance, but so far this year it seems studios are wising up. "Iron Man 3" and "Man Of Steel" both had extensive campaigns, yet kept big twists and plot developments under firm lock and key while stoking excitement for these franchise movies. And while we wait to see if Fox pulls a "Prometheus" and eventually ruins "The Wolverine," Sony is showing off a bit more of Neill Blomkamp's original tentpole (a rarity) "Elysium" with a brand new trailer.

While The Weinstein Company presentation at Cannes this year left a bit to be desired (though, it would be pretty hard to top 2012's unveiling of "The Master," "Django Unchained" and "Silver Linings Playbook") one title that did stand out was the documentary "Salinger." Harvey showed off the trailer for the first time on the Croisette where our correspondent Jessica admitted that "it certainly looks riveting, with...plenty of emphasis on the mysteries and enigmas that surround Salinger’s life and legacy." And now it's here for the rest of us to see, and we couldn't agree more.

While "The World's End" may be the most anticipated Brit-com of the summer by quite some distance, there's at least one other laugher landing before the weather cools that could be worth the price of admission; the big-screen debut of Alan Partridge. There's been talk of bringing Steve Coogan's most seminal creation, a low-rent talk show host turned regional radio DJ, who featured in the series "Knowing Me, Knowing You" and "I'm Alan Partridge," to the big screen for quite some time, but shooting finally got underway earlier this year for an August release date, and after a brief tease earlier in the year, a full trailer has arrived over at MSN for "Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa."
