Girls
Cameras are now rolling on the fourth season of "Girls," and as per usual, plot details are being kept under a Christopher Nolan-esque blanket of secrecy. We do know that folks like Spike Jonze, Maude Apatow and Natasha Lyonne have booked guest stints, but that's about it. Well, this first teaser for the fourth season won't reveal much more, but we know you'll watch it regardless.

Emily Ratajkowski
While rightly celebrated for his films, Spike Jonze is also an ace actor, who excels and showing up in small roles and knocking them out of the park. His turn as a penny stock mover and shaker in Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf Of Wall Street" was memorable stuff, as was his brief appearance in Bennett Miller's "Moneyball."

Kill Bill Vol. 2
Let's take a break from festivals and comic book news for a (brief) moment and pivot toward some casting that's going on. Uma Thurman is the latest to join the massive ensemble — Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Emma Thompson, Daniel Brühl, Riccardo Scamarcio, Lily James, Jamie Dornan and Alicia Vikander — in the John Wells directed "Adam Jones."

Judd Apatow
While many have been happy unplugging their traditional cable to just stream stuff online, the way things are shaping up, it looks like we'll just be spending that money anyway on a variety of streaming services. With Netflix leading the pack, and Amazon making some big strides, Hulu now wants their own corner for original programming.

The Best TV Shows Of The 2013/2014 Season
Bad news if you’re a member of the Television Academy: balloting for this year’s Emmys closed on June 20th, with the nominees to be announced a few weeks from now, on July 10th. That officially brings to an end the 2013/2014 TV season, and if anyone was worried that the run of quality TV was starting to come to an end as some of the most famous dramas and comedies of recent years wrapped up their runs, they were sorely mistaken: the medium is in as remarkably healthy a state as ever.

Margin Call Zachary Quinto
While Lena Dunham's "Girls" has earned the most headlines for its envelope-pushing tales of the sex and lives of young women in New York City, less appreciated have been the clever guest starring spots, with folks as wide-ranging as Patrick Wilson, Chris O'Dowd and Ben Mendelsohn all popping in, and now another name is joining the ranks.

Eastbound & Down
It looks like HBO is eager to stay in the Danny McBride business. With "Eastbound & Down" wrapping up its fourth and final season last fall, the network is reupping with McBride and Jody Hill for "Vice Principals," and they've already gone ahead and ordered eighteen episodes.

Girls
When it was first announced back in February that Adam Driver had landed a villain role in "Star Wars: Episode 7," we didn't think much of how it might affect his work on "Girls." **SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN ALL OF SEASON 3** But a few weeks later, when the season finale rolled out, with Adam and Hannah breaking up, we figured that, with both "Girls" and "Star Wars: Episode 7" shooting this spring/summer, it meant that Driver was exiting the HBO show. Not so.

Girls
If there has been an overarching theme to the third season of "Girls," it has been about boundaries. Whether it's trying to find success within them (Shoshanna's carefully plotted life plan), falling outside of them to disastrous effect (Jessa's addiction, Marnie's streak of bad decisions) or vacillating between the two (Hannah who can't help but step over lines of appropriateness any time her life is thrown into minor turmoil), the titular quartet have been both defining and stretching the limits of their young adult lives, and in the third season finale "Two Plane Rides," each of the girls are pushed into new territory as the framework that defined them is stripped away.
