Bad Grandpa Spike Jonze Johnny Knoxville
“We had some really great footage that we just couldn’t include because it didn’t work with the story. A lot of things felt out, a lot of characters," Johnny Knoxville said last year about material cut from the hit "Bad Grandpa." "Spike Jonze played an old lady named Gloria. We had really funny stuff with Gloria but we couldn’t use it. Same with Catherine Keener, she played my wife and we couldn’t use that. There’s so much on the DVD and we are also doing a whole separate release next year with all the bits and how we made the movie, but I’m not sure how are we going to call it. We usually do 'Jackass 2.5' or 'Jackass 3.5,' so it might be 'Bad Grandpa .5.' ”

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
The voice roles of these movies aren’t already nailed down? I guess with a movie like “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” you can add the voice cast way late in the game. Already starring Megan Fox and Will Arnett, Johnny Knoxville and Tony Shaloub have been added to the cast as the voices of hero in a half shell Leonardo and the sensei Splinter, respectively. Of course, IMDB/Wikipediak list Pete Ploszek (“Parks & Recreation”) as Leonardo, and it appears that info was both tenuous and incorrect.

This weekend, Ridley Scott’s certifiably bonkers “The Counselor” is getting a lot of attention for a sequence where Cameron Diaz has sex with a car. But that might not even be this week’s most insane sex scene. In the opening moments of “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa,” Johnny Knoxville, as elderly widower Irving Zisman, goes out looking to get lucky. After finding that all of his neighborhood Asian massage parlors are closed, he of course decides to stick his wang in a soda machine. We watch, via hidden cameras, as strangers react to watching a withered old man dry hump a vending machine and then, of course, get stuck.

Jackass: Bad Grandpa
Quick, cheap, dirty and raunchy: those are the key words to any "Jackass" production with Johnny Knoxville and the gang getting maximum, ball crushing bang for their limited bucks. They've been hugely successful too, with the entire trilogy of movies earning over $330 million worldwide, on very meagre budgets. Not bad. So of course the spinoff is here.

While the fall season promises movies of substance, value and perhaps Oscar consideration, if you need something outrageous, dumb, juvenile and also kind of hilarious, the dudes of "Jackass" are coming. Suddenly dropped onto the calendar in the last couple of weeks, the first trailer for "Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa" has arrived and it's just as wrong as you might expect.

Review: 'Movie 43' Strains For Laughs With Uninspired Collection Of Comedy Shorts

What is there to say, analytically, about “Movie 43”? Not released in theaters as much as inexplicably materializing in front of our very eyes, “Movie 43” has no moral, no overarching story, and no point other than the opportunity for Hollywood stars to play silly for a short while. Some of them relish this – a few of the performers are a natural at studied wackiness. Some aren’t as comfortable. Others just seem like they’re passing the time. The filmmakers who collaborated on this anthology film, however, mostly fit that last description. Despite the title, this… thing…is barely a movie.

When you're pulling together a comedy omnibus with shorts directed by Brett Ratner, Elizabeth Banks, Mike Judge, Bob Odenkirk, Steve Baker, Damon Escot and more, starring folks like Emma Stone, Halle Berry, Terrence Howard, Gerard Butler, Kristen Bell, Chloe Moretz, Josh Duhamel, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Knoxville, Elizabeth Banks, Naomi Watts, Kate Winslet, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Richard Gere, Anna Faris, Justin Long, Liev Schreiber, Uma Thurman, Seann William Scott, Kieran Culkin, Leslie Bibb, Jimmy Bennett, Kate Bosworth, Patrick Warburton, Tony Shalhoub, Chris Pratt, Jason Sudeikis, Jack McBrayer, Aasif Mandvi and Bobby Cannavale....you might understand that few deadlines might be missed. But after a couple of release date bumps, "Movie 43" is coming to theaters and some peeks have arrived.

It might be unkind to call "Nature Calls" an unfortunate-looking comedy with a cast of odds and sods actors, but sometimes you just gotta call 'em as you see 'em. And as much as we love Patton Oswalt and comedy ace-in-the-hole Rob Riggle (so good in "Step Brothers"), this picture directed by Todd Rohal (the well-received "The Catechism Cataclysm" and "The Guatemalan Handshake") does not look great.

Well, a movie calling itself "Epic" should probably kick off with an appropriately epic trailer. While we didn't quite get that with this, the first glimpse from the Fox/Blue Sky Studios' (loose) adaptation of the William Joyce book "The Leaf Men and the Brave Good Bugs," it's still a promising-enough looking clip that draws us into a strange and magical world.

Even after "Jackass 3D" took in $170 million, it seemed like the extra footage jambalaya that was the straight-to-DVD "Jackass 3.5" might the final entry in the "Jackass" franchise, especially after the tragic death of cast member Ryan Dunn. Maybe not. In fact, it looks like the "Jackass" gang could preparing another installment of pranks, stunts, and general testicle-abuse.
