Perhaps this isn't too much of a surprise. It was only a few weeks ago that The Weinstein Company (the parent branch of Dimension Films) took "Halloween 3D" off the calendar (it was slated for October 26th). With no confirmed cast or director, it simply wasn't going to happen. And it seems Harvey and Bob are calling in some help to get this thing made.
