So, this summer marks a not so momentous occasion: "Grown Ups 2" is the first Adam Sandler sequel. And in making the followup to the smash hit "Grown Ups" -- a movie we still have a tough time believing anyone actually liked, even though lots of people went to see it for some reason -- Sandler rounded up some extra help to join his regular crew. And we never though we would type this but it's come to the point where Taylor Lautner is now funnier than Adam Sandler. Really.

2012 wasn't lacking in terrible films, but it seems for the folks at the annual Razzie Awards -- celebrating the very best of the worst -- it was time to honor one franchise for delivering consistently schlocky films to massive box office success.

In just a few hours, the final "Twilight" movie will hit theaters. With an impressively speedy five movies in four years, audiences have seen teen Bella (Kristen Stewart) fall for a mysterious new classmate, Edward (Robert Pattinson), stop him from committing suicide, fight off an army of newborn vampires led by the evil Victoria, get married, have a baby, and transform into a vampire herself.

And so they face the final curtain. This week "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Pt. 2," the fifth film in the franchise based on Stephenie Meyer's best-selling young-adult vampire novels, will hit theaters (read our review here). And while Lionsgate and Summit are hoping to extend the life of their cash cow, for the moment this movie marks the end of the franchise and the story of star-crossed lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swann.

YOU GUYS. Just over two weeks until Edward, Bella, bad CGI, wooden line readings and more reunite for the final movie in the "Twilight" franchise. ZOMG. And with the cast starting to do the press rounds, they are moistening expectations for Twihards who have booked off work to say a final goodbye to their beloved Cullens.

So, in addition to serving as the final chapter in "The Twilight Saga," will 'Breaking Dawn Part 2' also be a scrapbook to Robsten, one of the great cinema romances of our time? Certainly, the picture of them gazing lovingly at each other in this batch of new images from the sequel carries with it a certain amount of weight. Will KStew and RPatz fans be able to contain their tears? Yes, this movie asks big questions...

"This is parkour. Internet sensation of 2004," Jim Halpert said in a great cold open from "The Office"....two seasons ago. But it seems Hollywood never knows an idea it can't try and revive and so the very brief street fighting/martial arts/whatever thing that was interesting for about two seconds nearly a decade ago, is now gonna have a new face to try and make it popular again.

Oh, Taylor Lautner. Poised to be the next big hot new thing, his solo action adventure outing "Abduction" flopped at the box office, his starring role in "Stretch Armstrong" was scuttled and that movie he's supposed to do with Gus Van Sant (no, really) seems to be waiting to happen. So what is Jacob supposed to do now. How about comedy?
