Well, if you're gonna go out, might as well do it in a blaze of glory. Steven Soderbergh is in the midst of his final jaunt behind the camera, in production on the Liberace biopic "Behind The Candelabra," with Michael Douglas as the famed performer and Matt Damon as his young lover. But it appears he's got some big plans for this final picture, which may include one last walk down the red carpet in Cannes.

You'd think The Wachowskis would have gotten their epic sci-fi trilogy kicks out of their system with "The Matrix" but evidently not -- the duo are gearing up "Jupiter Ascending," a planned kickstarter to a trilogy that is set in a universe where human beings are not the most evolved forms of intelligent life. With things reportedly due to get underway this fall, and on the back of Mila Kunis joining the flick, Channing Tatum has confirmed with MTV his own involvement in the ambitious project.

Rooney Mara has been snapped walking around the New York City set with some new brunette-ish locks, and combined with a frumpy trench coat, it's a far cry from her previous Hot Topic look.

Yes, everyone, Steven Soderbegh is still retiring/taking a hiatus from moviemaking. While the thriller "The Bitter Pill" is indeed a new film on the way from the director, he's only making it because he loves the Scott Z. Burns script, but secondly, it fits into some free space he has available. "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." was originally being lined up to shoot next spring, but when he walked from the project, he was looking at other potential scripts with the following criteria: only if they could fill that time gap next spring and, only if a studio was going to distribute it (taking it the indie route and waiting to find a home would add an even longer delay to his desire to do other things).
