We're just a few days away from kickoff from when [insert Google search] the New York Giants and New England Patriots rumble at the Super Bowl. We're not football fans around here so all we know about this Sunday is that there's going to be a ton of ads everyone will be talking about on Monday, the game seems like it's nine hours long due to the never-ending pregame programming, and the half-time show is always a hopeless disaster. So the only thing that will keep us mildly curious (and give us an excuse to eat an ungodly amount of hot wings) are the movie ads that will be unspooling.

Having exhausted his former television characters with big screen adapatations -- "Ali G Indahouse," "Borat" and "Bruno" -- "The Dictator" finds Sacha Baron Cohen bringing a brand new persona to life. Presumably with the freedom to take his imagination wherever it pleases, which is perhaps why the first trailer for this movie feels so disappointing.

'The Office' Star B.J. Novak Joins Sacha Baron Cohen's 'The Dictator'

Over the seven seasons of "The Office" no character has gone through as many transitions as Ryan Howard, played by the show's co-executive producer, writer and actor B.J. Novak. Starting off as a temp who quickly became known as the Fire Guy, he improbably landed a corporate job at the head office of Dunder-Mufflin where he quickly sent a good chunk of his paycheck up his nose. After bottoming out, he re-teamed with Michael in his fledgling Michael Scott Paper Company before they both returned to their old jobs in Scranton. But Ryan once again changed into an annoying, Americana loving, hipster douchebag who is also the founder of WUHPF. And in all of this of course, is his on-again, off-again volatile relationship with Kelly. Novak hasn't made too many steps into feature films except for small parts in films like "Knocked Up" and more memorably in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds," but he's set for another appearance in one of next year's big comedies.

Yes, Sacha Baron Cohen is back and after "Borat" and "Bruno" the comedian is bring a double dose of new characters to the big screen with "The Dictator." Co-starring Ben Kingsley, Jason Mantzoukas, Anna Faris and J.B. Smoove with cameos from Megan Fox and John C. Reilly, the film is described as a cross between “Coming to America” and “Trading Places,” with Cohen playing both a goat herder and a deposed foreign dictator who gets lost in the United States. We've already had a few looks at Cohen as the titular ruler but some new set pics have hit the official blog giving us a peek at his other character.

Star's Brother Erran Baron Cohen To Compose The MusicMore or less everyone involved in long-running HBO comedy "Curb Your Enthusiasm" has done pretty well out of it outside of the day job: creator/star Larry David toplined a Woody Allen film (albeit a terrible one...) and bagged a supporting turn in "The Three Stooges," Jeff Garlin's become a Pixar stalwart second only to John Ratzenberger, while Cheryl Hines got to make her directorial debut on "Serious Moonlight." But perhaps the biggest breakout seems to be the actor who's behind one of the most seminal supporting characters on the show: J.B. Smoove, who's played Leon Black on the last couple of seasons of the sitcom.
