Queen Of The Night Ryan Reynolds
It's been four years since Atom Egoyan's last feature, the sleazy erotic thriller "Chloe," but he's making up for that absence by being very, very busy. He's got two movies on the way -- the already shot and in post-production West Memphis Three drama "The Devil's Knot," which he quickly followed up with "Queen Of The Night," lensed earlier this year. And now, the first image from the film has arrived.

After winning the Best Actress Award at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival for Bradley Rust Gray’s “The Exploding Girl,” Zoe Kazan added a big-budget rom-com (“It’s Complicated”) and more indie dramas (“Meek’s Cutoff”) to her resume, starred on Broadway (“A Behanding in Spokane”) with Christopher Walken, and wrote the charming (and underrated) screenplay for “Ruby Sparks,” in which she starred with her longtime partner Paul Dano.

Earlier this year we tipped Rafe Spall on our list of actors who are stars in the making. This summer he memorably appeared in Ridley Scott's divisive "Prometheus," and later this year you'll see him in Ang Lee's "Life Of Pi." But before the massive campaign begins for the latter, Spall will be taking time to deliver some laughs.

To say that we're fans of "Girls" star Adam Driver would certainly be dead accurate. Granted, we've only really seen him on the HBO show, but the actor impressed us immensely with a continually surprising and nuanced turn on Lena Dunham's program, and we've already placed him earlier this year on our On The Rise list of TV actors due to break out into bigger things. And it looks like we're not the only ones who've had an eye on him.

Good projects never really die, but sometimes it takes a bit of time for the right set of circumstances to come along to make them happen. Back in 2010, "The F Word" was gearing up with backing from Fox Searchlight, with "In Search Of A Midnight Kiss" director Alex Holdridge at the helm, Casey Affleck attached to star, and Rose Byrne, Rebecca Hall, Deborah Ann Woll and Mary Elizabeth Winstead all vying for the female lead. The project ultimately never came together, but it has found new life with two very able actors.
