Yesterday, the internet got into a minor tizzy when word floated that Tina Fey was working on "Hocus Pocus 2." Well, that wasn't true but she does have a project on the way that will combine the supernatural along with some laughs, so here's the real deal on what's cooking.

Grace Of Monaco
In our rundown of The 6 Most Unintentionally Hilarious Moments From Cannes Opener "Grace Of Monaco," Jessica Kiang noted the appearance of Alfred Hitchcock, as played by Roger Ashton-Griffiths, as one of them. "He’s Hitchcock, see, so obviously he’ll never manage to get through a single sentence without shoehorning in a reference to one of his films, or some sort of life lesson delivered as an opaque nod to the craft of filmmaking," she wrote and in this new clip from the movie, you can sorta see what she means.

Neighbors
While our review of the frat comedy “Neighbors” is quite glowing and the R-Rated laffer was a major hit this spring, not all of us agree that the comedy is all that (this writer anyhow). However, one thing that no human on the planet can argue about the movie, full stop: Rose Byrne is excellent in it, probably the best part of the movie and a total scene stealer evidently born for comedy. And sure, we’ve seen her in comedy before, most memorably in “Bridesmaids,” and “Get Him To The Greek,” but in “Neighbors” Byrne has a mix of charm and go-for-brokeness that is vastly appealing.

Grace Of Monaco
The Cannes Film Festival opened this year with "Grace Of Monaco," and it didn't take long for the knives to come out. One of the more savaged films to open on the Croisette in recent years, reviews for the movie were dismal, with ours calling it "something of a disaster: rarely competent, unintentionally hilarious and borderline reprehensible in both its politics and its take on gender roles." In fact "Grace Of Monaco" was so egregious, we chronicled The 6 Most Unintentionally Hilarious Moments from the film. But today comes a different perspective.

Tarantino, hateful eight
From a project he vowed never to make after an early version of the script being leaked, to something that he's now honed with a subsequent draft and directed a live read from, it looks like Quentin Tarantino is getting back in the, uh, saddle, with "The Hateful Eight." It looks like the movie is back on with plans to shoot the movie before the end of the year.

Grace Of Monaco
Festival openers are always tricky: you want to start off your celebration of film on the right note, but ideally with a certain amount of glitz and glamour too. Cannes has had a pretty good run the last few year, with “Midnight In Paris,” “Moonrise Kingdom” and “ The Great Gatsby” all kicking things off with a bang. And on paper, this year’s opener “Grace Of Monaco” seemed to have all the right stuff: a major movie star, Nicole Kidman, playing another major movie star, Grace Kelly, in a biopic with local French Riviera appeal, and directed by Olivier Dahan, who only a few years back helmed “La Vie En Rose,” which won Marion Cotillard her Oscar.

Grace Of Monaco
The Cannes Film Festival kicks off with some style tomorrow, as Olivier Dahan's "Grace Of Monaco" walks the red carpet as the opening movie (whether or not Harvey Weinstein will be there remains to be seen, but most likely). And if you can't attend, here's two clips from the movie to give you a taste of the glamour.

For those entering the sold out live read of Quentin Tarantino’s “Hateful Eight” last night expecting a funerary sendoff, they were instead met straight away with a correction: the event, held at Downtown L.A.’s stunningly renovated Ace Hotel, was simply a public work-in-progress.

While the initial, "Inception"-y trailer for "Möbius" was pretty exciting, it was a disappointment to find out that the resulting thriller ultimately wasn't so hot. Our review out of the Tribeca Flim Festival last year called the picture "story-heavy" and "nakedly superficial," which is a bummer considering the international ensemble pulled together for this one. But if you want to see for yourself, the movie is coming to home video and a new trailer is here to set it all up for you.

Grace Of Monaco
Most films headed to the Cannes Film Festival keep their cards close to the chest, revealing as little as possible before making their grand premiere on the Croisette. Not so with "Grace Of Monaco." Olivier Dahan's upcoming drama overcame a rumored clash with Harvey Weinstein to land the opening slot at Cannes in May. And now a three-minute trailer and over fifty new images have dropped to show off the goods that Dahan and Weinstein are bringing to France in just a couple of months.
