If you're still not stoked about another "Anchorman" movie, this quote from director Adam McKay should fix that: "The funny thing is we re-watched it for the first time in four or five years the other day. I had seen pieces of it on TV. But Will and I actually sat and watched the whole movie. When it was over with, we were like, 'We’ve gotten a lot better than that! [laughs]' "

Vince Vaughn, action star? Uh, okay. Granted, he dabbled in the genre ("Mr. And Mrs. Smith" where he was mostly shooting quips and not bullets), and has done non-comedic parts from time to time ("Psycho," "Domestic Disturbance") but as a fully fledged lead in a Tony Scott movie? Well, we'll admit that it's inspired. And hey, if Keira Knightley can lead "Domino" then anything is possible.

Receiving his big break in the 2001 Victor Salva-helmed “Jeepers Creepers,” actor Justin Long has since made a name of his dopey brand of humor in comedies like “Accepted” and “Dodgeball,” while also mixing it up with supporting roles in genre fare like “Drag Me To Hell” and “Live Free or Die Hard.” Though it’s Long’s next role that may serve as a major profile upgrade on the actor’s resume if all goes accordingly.

"Wedding Crashers" fans, listen up. This may be the closest you'll ever get to a sequel to the 2005 movie: Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are reuniting to star in "Interns" over at Twentieth Century Fox. The script was written by Vaughn himself (he also penned "Couples Retreat") and Shawn Levy looks set to direct and make this his follow-up to "Real Steel."

We have to admit, we're still excited whenever we get our hands on an issue of Entertainment Weekly and get a first peek at an upcoming movie, even if its something we aren't all that interested in seeing. Since the rise of the internet however, we are pretty glad to not suffer through pages about "The Last Survivor Bachelorette" or whatever mind-numbing reality show is getting a three page spread just to see Ben Stiller in some sweatpants. Shhh. You're welcome. Just take it.

Star Also Turned Down A Role In Nicolas Winding Refn's 'Only God Forgives,' But Wants To Be In 'Logan's Run'Now that Terrence Malick has evolved into a workhorse, much to the pleasure of every cinemaniac, if there's another guy we'd like to see working more frequently, it would be Albert Brooks. He by no means has a small body of work, but for 40+ years in the business, there are surprisingly few credits to his name. Despite this, however, he has managed to craft several memorable movies and characters: his Oscar-nominated turn in James L. Brooks's "Broadcast News" was unquestionably affecting, he was a perfect ingredient in the moving Pixar flick "Finding Nemo," and as a director he never made anything less-than-enjoyable (in fact, "Real Life," "Modern Romance," and "Lost in America" are pretty incredible).

Even though Mark Wahlberg and David O. Russell can't seem to get on the same page these days -- the actor had to drop out of "The Silver Linings Playbook" recently due to scheduling woes -- it still seems the pair are looking over each others' shoulders. At the beginning of the year, you might remember that Russell was attached to rewrite and direct "2 Guns" with Vince Vaughn attached to star. Well, Russell and Wahlberg have swapped the project and Vaughn looks to have moved on.

Our disappointment with Vince Vaughn has been well documented. For the past decade or so he’s been phoning it in with films like “The Break Up,” “Fred Claus,” “Couples Retreat” and this year’s “The Dilemma,” but it looks like he's finally headed back into our good books. Earlier this year he lined up a part in Stephen Frears' "Lay The Favorite," he's got Jason Bateman joining him for "Insane Laws" and now he's finally pairing up with an old friend he hasn't worked with in seven years.

Well, this pairing was rather inevitable, was it not? Take wild man Vince Vaughn and team him up with straight man Owen Wilson (oh wait, that's been done), uhh, Kevin James, errr, well you get the picture. This time, Vaughn's foil for his latest comedic vehicle "Insane Laws" will be none other than straight man du-jour Jason Bateman (in the Entertainment Weekly cover he graced recently re: "The Change-Up," the actor suggested he's just happy to get work and isn't so concerned with being pigeonholed).

It's a been a while since Vince Vaughn truly stepped outside his comfort zone. Oh sure, he was very briefly in "Into The Wild," but for the past decade he's been phoning it in with films like "The Break Up," "Fred Claus," "Couples Retreat" and this year's "The Dilemma," so color us very pleasantly surprised by his next....roll of the dice.
