10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesWith Natalie Portman and Cate Blanchett already on board (set pics here), and with Imogen Poots and Freida Pinto recently revealed to be participating in the currently shooting film, JustJared confirms that Teresa Palmer is the latest lovely lady to be spotted in front of the camera, this time in the arms of Bentley (and playing with co-star Isabel Lucas), has joined the movie. The title of the film refers to a tarot card which represents a contradiction, moodshift or a change of mode, particularly pertaining to love and relationships. It seems that whatever changes Bale's character faces involve one attractive woman after the next. We wish we had his luck. But throwing out a wild guess, we'd wager these ladies might represent different aspects/moods of one particular relationship, rather than being a literal succession. But again, who knows, but all we can say is: lucky Christian Bale.
"Knight Of Cups" continues to roll, with Bale and Malick moving onto the movie formerly known as "Lawless" this fall with Blanchett, Portman, Rooney Mara, Ryan Gosling, Haley Bennett, that guy from Neon Indian, The Cult and lord knows who else. Check out the images below.

at first, with all the women that are being tagged onto this film, I thought that it was beginning to be all too much. Then, I remembered that this is a Terrence Malick film, and odds are, half of these women will hardly even figure into the actual movie. And know I am extremely curious as to who will end up on the cutting room floor.

That Isabella Lucas woman looks like she needs to eat.

I'm really looking forward to this, if for nothing else, than to see Bale and Malick work together again. I can't recall an actor having so much fun on a Malick project as Bale did. Most seem to have very mixed feelings about the whole process and the end result, but even though some of his scenes were cut in Brave New World, Bales seems to have had such a blast with Malick's unconventional directing style that he'll probably bring a lot of energy to these new projects.

This shit is really starting to look self indulgent.

I'm waiting -- rather cynically -- for Brit Marling to show up in the next of these beach-romp set-pic series
