10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesThe studio has slated "Jupiter Ascending" for a July 25, 2014 release date. Starring Channing Tatum, Mila Kunis, Eddie Redmayne and Sean Bean, the story centers on a toilet-scrubbing Russian immigrant, who has the same genetic makeup as the immortal Queen Of The Universe, and threatens her rule. A bounty hunter is then dispatched to take her down, but they fall in love and go on the run. Production is underway, Michael Giacchino is scoring the movie, and as usual everything else about it is secret until the filmmakers decide to let it out of the bag. But it looks like Brett Ratner's "Hercules" now has some stiff competition on the same weekend.
In other WB news, do they smell a stinker? Originally slated for a November 15, 2013 date, the studio has moved "Grudge Match" with Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro to the dumping ground wasteland of January 10, 2014. The boxing comedy thing about a pair of aging rival pugilists who are coaxed out of retirement for one final bout – 50 years after their last match -- never really looked all that promising. But what do you expect from Peter Segal, the director responsible for "Nutty Professor II: The Klumps," "Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult" and "Anger Management"? [Deadline]

Jupiter Ascending sounds strange enough to catch my eye and it looks like the wachowskis are slowly shedding their matrix skin, I'm excited to say the least.
